    Payment Policy

    Thank you for choosing Nomad Excursion for your travel needs. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we have outlined our payment policy below.

    1. Payment Methods We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All payments must be made in USD. Rest you can pay it on USD, EURO and MAD

    2. Payment Schedule A deposit of 10% of the total trip cost is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation & 25% on Private Tours. The remaining balance is due same days the start date of your trip.

    3. Late Payment If the full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit.

    4. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation policy applies:

    • If you cancel more than 14 days before the start date, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
    • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, you will receive a 50% refund.
    • If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, no refund will be provided.
    1. Changes to Your Reservation If you need to make changes to your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may result in additional fees.
